These terms cover Aesthetic Eye Care’s website, www.aestheticeyeslo.com, and the text messages you can sign up for on its contact form.
Text messages (SMS terms)
The program. Aesthetic Eye Care sends text messages only to people who ask for them by checking a box on this website’s contact form. Each kind of message has its own box, and checking one is never a condition of care:
- Appointment and account texts: appointment reminders, confirmations, care instructions and account notifications.
- Marketing texts, only if you check that box too: special offers, discounts and news from Aesthetic Eye Care.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one text confirming that you’ve opted out, and no more after that. To start again, sign up the same way you did the first time.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact Aesthetic Eye Care by phone at (805) 439-1010 or by email at info@aestheticeyeslo.com.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts work with all major U.S. wireless carriers.
Age. You must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages.
Privacy. Your phone number and your consent to texts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the privacy notice.
Aesthetic Eye Care follows the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA’s guidelines for text messages.

This website is owned and operated by Aesthetic Eye Care. By using it, you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.
